It seems like only yesterday that we were here. Planning in a pandemic.  Hopeful that we could ride.  Wishing things were different.  Now, one year later, we're back!  We're ready and we're excited.

This year's ride takes us to new establishments, in and out of Springfield and culminates at one of Springfield's most popular eateries, the Route 66 Motorheads Bar, Grill and Museum.  ALL REGISTRATION WILL BE IN PERSON THIS YEAR so come early to get your spot.  Registration opens at 10:00 am at The Illinois National Guard. Opening ceremonies are scheduled to begin at 11:30 am and the ride departs promptly at noon.  The first stop is The Water's Edge in Jacksonville, IL.  From there, we'll return to Springfield's west side the the Casey's Pub and Grill where lunch will be available.  Next the processional moves south and returns to the square in Pawnee where the staff from Local's will be waiting.  There will be a brief ceremony in Pawnee honoring USAF Staff Sergeant Patrick David Moose (10/11/90 - 10/01/17).  Finally, we return to Springfield for closing ceremonies honoring Fulton County Deputy Troy Chisum (End of Watch: June 25, 2019) and to unwind to the sounds of After Sunset.

If you've never experienced the Peacekeepers Ride, we cordially invite you to join us Sunday afternoon for an incredible day on the open road.  The entire ride will be once again escorted by law enforcement agencies from central Illinois.  This year thirteen different agencies have teamed up to provide participants with a safe route.

Special thanks to all of our host sites, our law enforcement partners, America's Ambulance, Springfield and Sherman Fire Department, Ryan's Electric, The Illinois Sheriff's Association, The Illinois National Guard, The City(s) of Springfield, Jacksonville and Pawnee and you, our honored guests.

We look forward to seeing you on the blacktop soon.

~ The Peacekeepers
